nt is one of the leading FMCG Manufacturing Sector is looking for Stores Controller to join their dynamic team in Marondera. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall control, coordination, and supervision of stores and inventory management activities. Maintaining accurate stock levels in line with standard operating procedures. Compiling and verifying all records related to ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of materials. Developing and monitoring inventory control systems that minimize cost of sales and reduce losses or pilferage. Liaising with the Workshop, Maintenance, and Administration departments to ensure smooth operational support. Supervising and mentoring subordinates. Using SAGE Evolution for processing, tracking, and generating inventory reports. Conducting quarterly stock counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
 
Qualifications and Experience: A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Stores Management.  At least three (3) years’ experience in a stores management or inventory control role, preferably in a manufacturing or transport environment. Proven supervisory experience is essential. Computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management systems (especially SAGE Evolution) are required. Technical knowledge or experience in vehicle and plant machinery parts will be given strong preference. Very Competitive remuneration package based on the experience of the candidate.
