Software Solutions Sales Rep

 ICT Sector, Harare  – Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Software Solutions Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and has a proven track record in software sales. As a Software Solutions Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to new and existing clients, while maintaining strong relationships to enhance client retention and revenue growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for software solutions. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold-calling, and referrals. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of software solutions to clients and prospects. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to grow account size. Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position our solutions. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and other marketing events as required. Proven experience in software sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Technical aptitude with an understanding of software products and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving sales quotas.
