Sales Representative (Including Tenders)

Our client in the retail, hardware and PPE is looking for Sales Rep (including tenders) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating tender submissions while promoting our range of PPE, safety wear, and hardware products.
Key Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in PPE, safety wear, hardware, industrial
products, or related industries.
• Strong business development and key account management skills.
• Experience in tender sourcing, preparation, and submission is an
added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Drive new business development and market expansion.
• Source and manage tender opportunities through PRAZ and other
relevant platforms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
• Monitor merchandising standards and product availability.
• Manage customer collections and debtor accounts.
• Provide regular sales and market intelligence reports.
