Poultry Farming Sector. An established organization in the Poultry farming sector is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their hatchery division. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing & maintaining the ISO 22000, HACCP & GMP systems as per set requirements. Responsible for setting documentation (SOPs, HACCP, Work Instructions, procedures etc.). Ensures that systems are being implemented through record keeping & internal audits. Responsible for reviewing & updating systems through document reviews, Management Reviews and external audits. Responsible for ensuring SHE policies & procedures that have been set by Safety Manager for the Hatcheries are being implemented at all times and they align with. Manages all internal customer complaints.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE, A’LEVELS & O’LEVEL. Experience in QA Systems maintenance is an added advantage. Good Analytical skills. Computer Literacy.
