Our client is one of the leading manufacturer and distributor of non-carbonated beverages industry is looking for HR Business partner to join their dynamic team. Applications are invited from suitable candidates who are willing to work in Bulawayo. The successful candidate will be responsible for implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and legal requirements. Ensure all activities in the plant comply with SGP requirements. Recruitment and selection. Perform talent acquisition for assigned D4 and below roles, and ensure timeous completion of the people acquisition. Managing of Labour brokers and contract employees. Ensure that pre-employment medical checks and background checks are carried out. Coordinating training of line managers on Performance Management systems –CABAL. Monitoring the implementation of the performance management system throughout the region. Following up on performance reviews and consolidation of ratings. Interpret and implement company policy on Employee Wellness. Developing and implementing wellness programs. Liaise with worker representatives, trade union organizations with regards to employee relations. Ensure adherence to management work communication institutions e.g. works council, Business updates. Compiles and consolidates weekly/monthly/Quarterly/board reports. Employee engagement level increase and maintenance. Initiating & Maintaining all personnel related documentation as per requirement. Budget formulation and control for the region. Leave management. Headcount and Overtime management.
 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology Business Management and/or any other relevant professional HR qualifications. Postgraduate diploma in IPMZ.
