Our client in the freight forwarding specializes in providing international and domestic supply chain services is looking for Freight Forwarding Controller to join their dynamic team in their Bulawayo branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customs clearance process , coordinating freight forwarding activities , facilitating export operations and ensuring timely and efficient freight transportation .The role will also involve providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring compliance relevant regulations and industry standards

 

Qualifications: Strong expertise in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation. Proven experience in Forwarding and Export Operations. Exceptional Customer Service skills with attention to client needs. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements. Highly organized with effective communication and problem- solving skills. Proficiency in managing customs processes and regulatory documentation. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is an added advantage. Bachelors Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management , Business Administration or related field is preferred. Possession of customs related qualification at Diploma Level & at least 5 “O”- Levels including English Language and Maths is mandatory. Good written & oral skills in English and Ndebele is an added advantage.
