Our transport client seeks to fill the above role. You will be responsible for raising customer invoices accurately and timeously. Administering CD3s and maintaining related records and schedules. Performing debtors’ reconciliations and managing credit control processes. Monitoring customer accounts and following up on overdue balances. Maintaining prepayments schedules and processing monthly amortisations. Computing VAT, preparing VAT reconciliations, and supporting VAT return submissions. Processing monthly salaries journals and reconciling payroll-related control accounts. Maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Sound knowledge of VAT computations, debtors management, and payroll accounting

Pastel Evolution experience
